N&A LOS Season 2 Episode 1

Episode name: Knives Out on Day One

Welcome to my N&A running diary, where I review each episode as they're airing live. The first season for review is Last One Standing, Season 2. Let's get right to it!

–I love the introductions. Jeff and Dan definitely packed on some weight in order to 

–Bulent is maybe my favorite contestant of all time and I want to see him win. 

–Did you guys know that Fernando had been on four other N&A challenges? I didn’t..

–Jeff comparing Dan to a dolphin was too funny!

–I do not like Russell. That is all.

–Right off the bat, it looks like the skills challenges are better thought out than the first LOS.

–I don’t remember Ky’s episodes.

–How is Kate one of the “6 best female survivalists?”

–Bulent’s strength is in his ability to overcome obstacles. Will that translate to skills competitions?

–My first (and certainly not last) gross thought of the season: Their private parts are already coated in sweat. So gross!

–This is so different from a regular N&A, I wouldn’t be opposed to letting them have (clean) water to drink while doing these intense challenges.

–Bulent going home on day 1 would suck. I hope that doesn’t happen.

–Do you guys think Jeff has patented the phrase “This is what I live for!” Can he do that? He should.

–It’s between Bulent and Russell! Come on, Bulent! Nobody likes Russell. Send him home!

–Lacey is out! And all she’s got to show for it is getting sick.

–Russell is out. The N&A community rejoices!

–I’m not a fan of Dani. 

–This team of Ky, Bulent and Darrin is going to be hard to beat…if they can get along.

–Jeff and Kate. You can’t tell me the producers didn’t plan that. Lol

–Those that have never been to Africa are at a real disadvantage. This place is brutal!

–Is there a more frightening animal than a lion? If one of those wanted to eat you, there’s nothing you would be able to do about it. They are magnificent animals.

–Who’s the best bow hunter out of this group? Is it Derrin?

–Of course Kate is going to fuck this up.

–Dan has to be the favorite to win.

–Why didn’t Jeff’s group go for the fishing cache? Jeff is a great fisherman.

–OH JEFF STEALS THE BOW! (Nevermind)

–But Dani did steal their rope. That sneaky vegetarian.

–Jeff gets the animal hide. That’s huge for them, especially since they missed out on all hunting supplies.

–Kate’s already losing it. Lol

I wasn’t sure about this LOS season when they began with that lame competition, but the episode was overall pretty great.
